Description

An edgy, contemporary spin-off of the iconic drama Beverly Hills, 90210, the new 90210 looks at life through the eyes of Annie Wilson and her brother Dixon, whose first day at West Beverly Hills High School leaves no doubt they're not in Kansas anymore. The Wilson family, including dad Harry and mom Debbie, has relocated to Beverly Hills to keep an eye on Harry's mother Tabitha, a feisty-but-faded former television star and a charter member of the Betty Ford Clinic.

This show was AMAZING! Some of the problems are relatable in real life. I cried a lot of times around the 3rd , 4th / 5th seasons. And also a lot of laughs on all seasons! The actors / actresses were great and Ioved all the characters. <3

In the last episode of the series, liam and annie get engaged, but no wedding. Adrianna and navid are going to the hospital, silver gets her cancer test back positive, and dixon and silver talk about how they could be together. It leaves everyone in complete confusion with so much going on and leaves you thinking "That's it?!" and "so they spent all that on nothing with no clearing up?".

This was one of my favorite TV shows, if not my favorite. It was great, funny, dramatic in a teenage manner, it was great. I loved it. Season 1 was the best, season 2 was very good, season 3 was good, however, season 4 deteriorated rapidly and unbelievably, I could barely get myself to finish it, season 5 was the worst. If they had kept on the same quality and credibility, I don't think it would have ended this fast. The problem was that it was getting extremely more superficial and stupid ever since the beginning of season 4 until the end of season 5. Back to the main subject, season 1 was incredible.

When my friend told me that 90210 was a show I would definitely love because I love Gossip Girl and it is the same thing but in Beverly Hills, I didn't believe her. She was wrong. It is even better. Honestly, this show has real situations, real family problems, and real relationship and friendship problems. Unlike Gossip Girl, this show is about more than sex, teaching the viewers that being a kind person always wins and to be yourself. This show has very good acting and problems that are much more realistic than Gossip Girl problems. Drug use, stabbing friends in the back, car accidents, teen pregnancy, etc. is much more relatable than poker games, $10,000 watches stolen, almost being killed, marrying a prince, etc. aren't very good plot ideas because they're too random and wouldn't happen to people in lower social classes. Not many teenagers I know, or have heard of can drink and party as much as they want but still end up with a large amount of cash in their trust funds. In 90210, many of the problems the characters face can teach a lesson much more than Gossip Girl can. In addition, the 90210 characters aren't overly "rich" like the Gossip Girl characters. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy Gossip Girl when it is on, but 90210 has a deeper meaning and a great storyline that should not be looked passed.

its the same thing, small town girl moves to big city. popular girl "saves" new girl from a potential friend, and weird girl. popular girl befriends new girl and wants something in return. popular girl's BF takes a liking in new girl. new girl sees the error in popular girls ways, and decides to befriend weird girl. new girl takes a liking in popular girl's BF. popular girl's (now) exBF and new girl become an item. new girl overthrows popular girl. and a happily ever after!

Honestly, on here, this show is extremely overrated. The show is OK. It's watchable, sometimes even enjoyable, but not more. The acting from many people are poor - and there are many loop holes in the show. I'd give it 7/10 as it's not the best out there - yet, it's alright.
